Petaluma, CA — 101 Lacrosse announced today that the boys’ and girls’ tryouts originally scheduled for Saturday, September 6 will be postponed.
The decision comes after receiving notice of several scheduling conflicts and reviewing current registration numbers. By postponing, 101 Lacrosse is ensuring that all interested players have the opportunity to participate without conflict, while still maintaining the program’s high standards of development and competition.
“While we regret the schedule change, our top priority remains creating the best possible environment for every player,” said Chris Gregorio, Northern California Director. “101 Lacrosse continues to provide a place for boys and girls of all ages to grow their game—whether they’re striving for a college scholarship or aiming to make their high school team.”
Families are encouraged to visit the Assessments Page for updated information and next steps. Registration guarantees a spot in the program, and players interested in “playing up” are invited to reach out directly for discussion.
101 Lacrosse offers teams for boys at 12U, 14U, and 2029 (high school) levels, and for girls at 12U, 14U, and high school (with the potential for multiple teams at the HS level). Each group is led by experienced coaches dedicated to player development both on and off the field.
Despite the postponement, 101 Lacrosse remains one of the premier opportunities in Northern California for young athletes to train, compete, and grow as players and teammates.
