Our tryouts are age based tryouts. We follow USA Lacrosse standards for our youth ranks. You can find an age chart here. (this is last year, so add one year to everything)
For our high school players we sort players based on skill. This provides the best overall experience for the players as it places players with the most similar playing levels together.
A lot of travel programs bunch their players by high school graduation year. We have our reasons for keeping it age based but for those that want a conversion here are the typical graduation years that matchup to age grouping.

12U | 2033, 2034
14U | 2031, 2032
HS | 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030

Middle School & High School
Our Middle School and High School programs are built to help players continue developing their skills while opening doors to their goals and dreams. Whether the objective is earning a varsity starting role, playing at the collegiate level, or simply becoming a more confident and complete player, we provide opportunities for every athlete.
This is more than just training — it is an environment where players grow, compete, and develop both on and off the field.
Elementary School
Our Elementary School program is designed to introduce players to the game in a fun, energetic, and encouraging environment. This is where fundamentals are built, confidence grows, and a love for lacrosse begins.
Whether your child is brand new to the sport or already starting to develop their skills, we focus on teaching the basics the right way — throwing, catching, ground balls, movement, and teamwork. Most importantly, we create a positive atmosphere where players feel supported, challenged, and excited to come back each week.
