Panchito Ojeda, Founder & President
Panchito Ojeda grew up in Northern Virginia and played lacrosse at Bishop Ireton High School before heading to Marquette University.
He has coached at Marquette University, Sonoma State University, and is currently the Head Coach at Virginia Tech University.
Chris Gregorio, Director of Northern California
Chris has been with 101 Lacrosse since it began in 2015 as the Head Coach of the Girls HS Black team. They have seen unprecedented success under his tutelage.
He has also been a long time coach for the Novato Youth Lacrosse program and a developer of young woman's lacrosse game.

Matt Blamey, Director of Operations
Coach Blamey was named Head Coach for the University of Arizona Men’s Program in June 2017. In only his second season with Arizona, Blamey was named Southwestern Lacrosse Conference's Division 1 Coach of the Year.
Blamey grew up playing lacrosse in Northern Virginia at Gar-Field High School. He continued his playing career at the University of Mary Washington.
