Girls Academy
The Academy is designed to maximize your player's development. Players will attend Academies where they will be getting over 100 touches each time. They will develop individual and team skills.
In addition to participating in Academy sessions all members of the Academy will play in our Sonoma Sixes league on Thursday nights in the summer. An opportunity to apply the skills learned in Academy sessions.
Ages
This is available to all players from 1st grade through 12th grade. Players do not need experience but 1yr or recreation lacrosse is recommended.
When
Our Academy is a subscription based model and runs throughout the year. We WILL NOT interfere with your ability to participate with your Rec club.
Where
Practices are held at various fields in Petaluma. Exact location will be displayed in your Crossbar App.

Fall 2024 Season
The 101 Lacrosse Academy is a program designed to help you build your lacrosse skill. Featuring over 4,000 touches a year you will become a better lacrosse player and human being through our approach.
